I am bringing children under the age of 2 to the show. Do I need to purchase tickets for them?
Children under the age of 2 are only admitted to the show free of charge if they sit in a parent or guardian’s lap and eat from their plate during the dinner portion of the show. If you would like your child to receive a meal, a children’s show admission price will be charged.
Is there a pre-show guests should be aware of at the Stampede?
Yes. There is pre-show entertainment 50 minutes before the Stampede show extravaganza. The musical and comedy talent of Bluegrass and Country band, Mountain Ruckus, are the scheduled performers.
Are visitors allowed to meet & greet the performers at the Stampede Christmas Show?
Riders & horses stay at the rail after the show to greet guests and sign autographs. The horses are also available throughout the day at the Stampede Horsewalk.
Are cameras, audio or video recording allowed at the show?
No, none of the above items are allowed. The Stampede has a team of professional photographers on-site though, and they take your group’s photo at the beginning of your Stampede experience.
When should I arrive to the show?The pre-show begins approximately 50 minutes before the show. To get great seats and watch the pre-show opening act, it is recommended that guests arrive an hour prior to showtime.
What does my ticket price include?All ticket prices include admission to the main event, the Dixie Belle Saloon pre-show, a four-course meal, and a full scale arena spectacular.
I have a dietary restriction or food allergy. What should I do?The Stampede Christmas show can offer vegetarian meals upon request. If you have a food allergy or particular dietary restriction, please provide our facility ample advance notice so we may do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is the theater wheelchair accessible?Yes. Our theater and facility are fully accessible for those with mobility or special needs. If you or a member of your party have special needs or are in need of accommodations, please let us know upon placing your reservation and we will be glad to accommodate you and your party.
Are animals involved in the performance?Yes. The Stampede Christmas show does involve live animals throughout the performance. If you or any individual in your party has allergies or medical conditions, it is advised that you take all necessary precautions prior to entering the facility.
In addition, pyrotechnics and loud, dramatic sounds are in effect during the show. Those with medical conditions that will be affected by this should take the proper precautions before and during the show.

Is gratuity for the waiters included in the ticket price?No. Gratuity is not included, but greatly appreciated.

How many rows constitute the Stampede Theater?The theater’s arena is horseshoe-shaped and has 5 rows.
Approximately how long is the Stampede Christmas Show?The show is approximately 2 ½ hours long including the pre-show entertainment.
What type of parking do you have?The parking is all level. Group drop off, motorcoach & handicapped parking is located right up front. General parking allows guests to stroll the beautiful horsewalk and meet the 4-legged stars of the show.
Does Dolly Parton visit the Stampede Christmas Show?Yes, she does visit, although her visits are somewhat sporadic. Don’t count on seeing Dolly when you visit, but if you do see her, feel extra special that you did!
Are booster seats available?Yes, booster seats are available free of charge but a child's ticket must be purchased to use one.
